Terms and conditions

Participants can choose one of the packages. Access to the KazanSummit is only possible if there is a negative PCR test for COVID-19 (no later than 48 hours).

  • Premium package

    50 000 rub / 800 usd
    • accreditation of the participant (individual badge of the "Premium" class); 
    • participation in all events of the KazanSummit 2022 business program; 
    • participation in all events of the cultural program of KazanSummit 2022 (fashion show, excursions, gala dinner and more); 
    • a set of Premium class handouts of the KazanSummit 2022 participant; 
    • shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel to the venues of the cultural and business program, from the hotel to the airport; 
    • catalog of companies-exhibitors with their contact details.
    Registration

  • Standard package

    25 000 rub / 400 usd
    • accreditation of the participant (badge of the "Participant" class) 
    • participation in certain events of the KazanSummit 2022 business program (except for events by special invitation); 
    • a set of Standard class handouts of the KazanSummit 2022 participant; 
    • public shuttles from the city to Kazan-Expo.
    Registration

  • Premium online package

    20 000 rub / 300 usd
    • personal account of the participant on the online platform (Premium class access); 
    • online broadcast of all events of the KazanSummit 2022 business program; 
    • online broadcast of events of the cultural program KazanSummit 2022 (fashion show, national concert, online tours of UNESCO sites); 
    • access to event records for 1 year; 
    • a set of Premium class handouts of the KazanSummit 2022 participant (sent by mail); 
    • an electronic catalog of companies-exhibitors of contacts; 
    • ability to create online rooms for negotiations / B2B meetings.
    Registration

    10 000 rub / 150 usd
    • personal account of the participant on the online platform (access of the "Standard" class); 
    • online broadcast of selected events of the KazanSummit 2022 business program (except for events by special invitation); 
    • access to recordings of events during the week; 
    • electronic version of the set of Standard class handouts of the KazanSummit 2022 participant.
    Registration
Dear Kazan Summit participants and guests, we would like to inform you that accommodation is not included in the participation fee and should be covered at your own. Registration opens on the 22 February 2022 and closes on the 15 May 2022.
